Crews Land Medivac for Medical Emergency

At 13:10 this afternoon, crews from Allamuchy Fire Dept. were dispatched to Panther Valley Country Club near the entrance to Panther Valley to establish a landing zone for EMS.

PVGCC is one of many pre established landing zones throughout Allamuchy Township that fire and EMS utilize to land medivac helicopters. This way patients can be transferred quickly to specialized hospitals during medical emergencies.

Crews arrived on location and secured the

fairway and entrance to Panther Valley and set up a landing area for incoming NorthStar, while medical crews prepared the patient for transport.

Crews assisted the flight crew from the

helicopter with loading the patient and cleared

the scene once NorthStar was in the air safely.
