June 10, 2021 - Just prior to 5:30am, the Allamuchy Township Fire Department was dispatched mutual aid into Hope Township on interstate 80 for the working car carrier fire. Mutual aid was requested by 38-60 for Allamuchy’s engine 91-61.

Upon arrival of Allamuchy’s Chief he instructed 91-61’s crew to go to work utilizing the K12 to cut hoods of vehicles that were still smoking, and expose hot spots for 38 members to finish extinguishing.

Members assisted with overhaul and clean up, and were released from the scene by 38-60 approximately an hour later.
