On Tuesday, members from the Allamuchy Fire Department and 

Allamuchy-Green First Aid Squad refreshed their training on impalements. Members went through four evolutions,

 simulating different scenarios ranging from a victim who fell on to metal piping to a victim of a car accident who was ejected from their car

 into a fence.

Special thanks to Assistant Chief Lomonaco for putting together these challenging evolutions. Training like this is extremely important for the work we do on all of our calls.

 Challenging our minds to come up with solutions

 during complicated situations is one of the most 

important things we can do to keep up with the ever changing aspects of the fire service.
